A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 WILL BE APPLIED.
NO-SHOWS, WHERE THEIR CLIENT HAS NOT CALLED OR CANCELED THEIR APPOINTMENT, WILL BE CONSIDERED A FORFEIT OF SERVICES. NO FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED, AND THE $25 FEE WILL BE APPLIED. IF A CLIENT IS 15 MINUTES PAST THEIR SCHEDULED TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION IT IS CONSIDERED A FORFEIT.
